    "I am now thinking, if the ilmentite was saleable and acceptable to offtake buyers, why go down the LTR route in the first place. I mean, SFX management look as sharp as a bowling ball but I cannot seriously believe that if the answer all along was to avoid a huge capex for opex expensive LTR processing, with trucked in nat gas no less, by just selling the 49% ilmenite then why did management choose this path???"

    Well that's the end question. Why have all this capex hassle and produce an upgraded ilmenite product rather than sell it straight from the ground as per your above note? They have always planned to sell a Zircon concentrate, why not an ilmenite concentrate?
