In this case they have "suddenly" discovered an error in the original prospectus that stated that subject to meeting ASX requirements the new options would be listed on the ASX. I'm sure many people subscribed based on that statement. Now it turns out that statement was included "in error" and the options aren't going to be listed after all.

The pleasant side effect of deleting this "error" is that NOR now doesn't have to give the applicants their money back.
