    Very encouraging to see them beat guidance with the weather experienced in the last month. Notice that they didn’t break it down in months this time which suggests to me that the weather may have had an impact on production in December but they had enough runs on the board to cover it.
    Management seem to be making incremental improvements, bodes well for the future.
