    My guess - will Lind Global dump 5M shares in the the lead up to the waiver announcement or wait for the announcement ?

    Funds tend to work on sure things - waiver is not - my guess they dump/take profits in the lead up while they are well ahead.

    The timing of the conversion suggests they will walk away in profit - or they know a liquidity event is close.

    Just guesses - cheers
