It's in the scheme booklet!!! MB will get $1.3million from this move with BTR. MB sat on a gold project with record gold prices and achieved nothing until BTR came along. He even had his wife getting paid for 'marketing', this is also fact!

As I said, in my job, if I had performed this badly, I don't get a $1.3m bonus.....that's fact.

In saying all that, I'm glad BTR are going to take over...at least they might do something with the project and create value for shareholders. MB has set it all up nicely and even got himself a non exec director role....
