    You will find that the seller is also the buyer. If you get your hands on broker reports and check a stock code, you will see for example, the buyer may have bought 4 million shares, while the seller sold 3.2 million shares for the month and that means the broker becomes a net buyer accumulating 800 million shares for the month. They are not worried about someone beating them to a pip or 2 because they work off an average price. Also the longer it goes on, the more frustrated retail holders get and sell out because the trading price makes no sense.
    It's very common practice across all stocks and the accumulator could have started out borrowing stock from a top 20 holder to put pressure on the sell price as far back as early this year because they would look at the charts for trading across the board to where they expect the next 6 months to be.

    You may not want to believe it cron but its how its done. Depending on the stock, the buyer and seller could be accumulating or dumping and you will see that by looking at a broker report for their net position.
