Bob's Math Just died a Noisy Death
Let's clear this fantasy up once and for all.
Total shares on issue 6,600,000,000 (circa) for ease of explanations
5% threshold (s249F right to call a meeting): 330,000 000 shares ~ remember Bob & Smitty did say -- a valid 249D was served!!
Meaning, to legitimately issue a 249D/F, Bob needed 330 million verified, voting-entitled shares.
Include now, the alleged 670 shareholders supporting and signed onto the JotForm
Now look at the AGM Numbers:
Remuneration Report - Against - 173.6 Million or 8% of votes cast
10% Capacity Approval - Against - 191.9 million or 7.5% of votes cast,
His alleged support is hundreds of millions short of statutory thresholds.
Couldn't trigger a strike. Couldn't block a special resolution.
It appears he couldn't call a meeting he bragged about,
Bottom Line:
Bob's "249F army" was a JotForm mirage - not even close to a shareholder movement.
