    How is is possible that Papyrus was unaware that Talisker was deregistered in 2014, when Ramy Azer (Talisker) only ceased to be director of PPY on 19 May 2023?

    How could a proposed change in directors not have a material effect of the price when the shareholders had called for it at an extraordinary general meeting?
    More smoke and mirrors...
