    Re: assets, I'd say not. From memory, the original land holdings had over 10 billion tonnes of exploration target on top of the announced resources. How much more do you need? Of course, Toll is trying to replicate Forrest's dominant land position in the Pilbara. Trouble is, Forrest's ground came "free" as they (unofficially) use a policy of frustrating NT so the ground is not actually granted (but controlled) and expenditures are not required. In SA, the ground is granted immediately but you need to tie up NT before you can actually explore. That's a significant difference.

    On the floating port and pipeline model: the old ROY had that proposal and model way before Toll came on the scene (and is, in fact, one of the reasons Toll liked the project). So what does MGT actually get for giving up ownership? Not much, really. This is a classic Toll ploy. One hopes that at the very least the current shareholders, albeit much diluted, will be pulled along on the tails of a developing business.
