    Yeah, exactly. The door is still left open with that wording. They are just talking about the last offer being terminated. Most PDI major holders and management want at minimum a $1 offer price by the sounds of it. They are pretty keen on going it alone alongside RBX. PRU will have to do a major increase if they do choose to do so, otherwise RBX and PDI will keep coming to a solution to create a superior situation.
