  1. With the business of Urgent being so concentrated on a few customers, especially BP, if I were the buyer I'd have a condition that BP is comfortable with the proposed sale. The BP response will be dictated by who the new owner is, and whether there will be any loss of confidentiality or security of data or competitive advantage or other perceived risks.
    Its interesting that the potential buyer sees so much value in Urgent.If they are right, and the value released isnt from "synergies", then that value will eventually be realised in TCN shareprice, even if the sale falls over.
    She's dirt cheap currently, in my opinion. By that I mean undervalued.
