Is the Thorium content more of a regulatory/permitting issue due to the required handling and disposal requirements, rather than a metallurgical or processing issue? Lynas had issues in Malaysia with the permitting for years, but in PNN case it would depend on the jurisdiction where the processing will take place and the regulatory regime there, no?
