Ann: November Distribution Update

Following on from the distribution earlier this month, the following update came through from Leo today:





Rewind and summary to date, for ease of reference:

1. The original distribution paid 17.2 cents per share on 31 January (attributable to the last tax year ending 30 Jun 2025), comprising
▪ 1.43 cents per share as a return of capital; and
▪ 15.77 cents per share as a special unfranked dividend.

2. The next distribution paid 22 cents per share on 14 October (attributable to the current tax year ending 30 Jun 2026), comprising

▪ 0.4 cents per share as a franked dividend; and

▪ 21.6 cents per share as an unfranked dividend.

3. This November distribution (if approved) will pay 5.4 cents per share on 11 November (also attributable to the current tax year ending 30 Jun 2026), comprising
▪ 4.7 cents per share as a return of capital; and
▪ 0.7 cents per share as an unfranked dividend.

This means that the total return of capital from the paid/ announced distributions thus far totals 6.13 cents per share (which reduces your original cost basis).

And total dividends paid/announced thus far (spread over two tax years) total 38.47 cents per share, of which only 0.4 cents was franked.

All that will be left will presumably be whatever they manage to get from flogging off the Trailing Product Service Fee ("royalty") and the wash up of the remaining cash.
