SPECIAL BUSINESS Resolution 4: Change of Company Name The Company is seeking Shareholder approval to effect a change in the Company's name from ‘Phosphagenics Limited’ to ‘Avecho Biotechnology Limited’. The Board is in the process of developing a strategy to refresh and enhance the Company's brand. The Board believes that changing the name of the Company to Avecho Biotechnology Limited is consistent with the Company’s current operations. The Company hopes that the proposed new name will help to facilitate an improved understanding of the Company’s businesses and growth strategy
