No Josh, I’m not sure about you but most people don’t get paid in advance. The shares relate to the period he worked before the AGM and the EGM covers the subsequent period. Yes he sold shares before the AGM, as he was not collecting a wage. That’s my point. I’ve covered the poor governance of this previously. SH had a choice at the AGM (by the way AGM papers come out before the meeting) to either endorse the shares in lieu or pay cash. Given you’re aware of the share registry having published details of it, you’d also know it wouldn’t matter what your mum and dad say. The other point made was as long as he’s not diminishing large chunks of his substantial holdings, which came out of escrow a long time ago, l couldn’t care less.
