They are clearly attempting to make the deal look more appealing. CLOSE price instead of OPEN. FFT up to date sales figures but not MSPs. They are recommending the deal. And it appears that synergies exist.
I don't feel as though MSP have tried to explain why the deal should go through for the price being offered. In fact it appears that MSP management agree that the price is too low, by selectively displaying/hiding information.
Do MSP management think the share price would remain at 3 cents if the takeover failed? I think that's what it comes down to.
