    The way I read it it's basically renting out space to Posco , for Posco's own needs .

    Anson make some money which is good ,
    can use the brine from Boyzbaba well as it's not used for a production plant
    maybe will be a JV later if the Koch deal fell over ,
    but wouldn't want or expect that to happen
