As a shareholder I can't say I am impressed with the deal.
1. Price is too low
2. Conditioned on the project is renewed. If the project is renewed, what is a 1million ounce of gold worth today given the current gold price. The deal may be tolerable if this condition wasn't included because that's the risk the buyer is willing to pay in case it isn't renewed. If the project isn't renewed we wouldn't get the 2.75mil anyway, so right back as where we are now.
3. No royalty attached to selling whatsoever.

Very poor in my opinion, explains why the market didn't didn't like it. They just killed the uptrend the past few days.
