More healthy sunlight exposure you get, the more tanned your skin becomes, just like nature intended. Hiding from disease destroying sunlight (suffering from low levels of essential vitamin d !) is no longer necessary for minimally pigmented / vulnerable skin types. Throw your toxic endocrine disrupting sunscreens in the bin and get out there and enjoy a super healthy life under the sun! ………… I dream but seriously, why is this not a thing already!
