You're right 1for1, this deposit will get mined, it's a very attractive open pit target. Unfortunately it won't be mined by ANL unless they renegotiate the contract with Sokimo. Sokimo could issue a breach of contract notice whenever they want, which would leave ANL with zero stake in the project. It all boils down to the fact that ANL should have completed a feasibility study by now (they have already had 2 extensions I believe), and now they may be in breach of the contract (and the second tranche of the Luck Winner transaction is toast).
Hence we are at 1.6c. And unfortunately I still have some shares.
Perhaps I am missing something and the extension of the contract is a given, but at this moment, ANL are at the mercy of the gods, and may decrease in value to only cash backing.
