I won't mind if there's a bit of short term turbulence but I'll be annoyed if there's any sort of serious downgrade or bad news.
An update on some form of unsolicited offer (preferably at least a couple of dollars higher) would be nice but I think we might have seen a bit of a run in the share price if that was going to be the case.
I seem to recall something about PE interest in SDF recently in one of the aUStralian or the AFR. They're both willing megaphones at times for players pushing a barrow so it wouldn't surprise me if that lead was "leaked" by someone looking for a bit of a pump to help exit ahead of bad news.
Hoping for the best but suspecting something worse. Find out tomorrow I guess.
