The AGM says it all to me. The directors would have an understanding of the questions that are going to be asked and therefore should have been prepared with the relevant answers. Any self-respecting professional would.
Question: Will there be another CR? DM: I don't have my CR hat on (something of this line), WTF, that is your prepared answer that you have had weeks to think about. Professional answer: At this stage we have $4 Mil in the bank and hope this is sufficient to proceed without a CR. In saying that we have exceeded out expectations on PL4 and this is a possibility for PL5 and PL6. As Peter has been inferring in his interviews, we may have to go in collaboration with a partner to show the full benefits of the tech. Best case scenario is the partner funds the advancements but there is a possibility that we would have to fund some of the advancements. In this case we may have to do a CR depending on costs. Apologies, but this situation is very fluid.
Question: With the delay in PL5 results, will PL6 be delayed DM: PL6 is still on schedule, but if it is delayed investors will be informed (maybe the Top 20 but no other investors as it is 3 weeks late). Another BS answer. Professional answer: Currently we don't believe so, but again we want to make sure we get this right, we will take all precautions and time to make sure we have the best chance of success, and this could very well delay PL6. If there is a delay, we will inform investors. (Inform investors as it is 3 weeks late).
The continual unprofessionalism shown by never being prepared for podcasts, AGM's and the investor Hub is too much to ignore.
