I also don't have any firm thoughts what it might be worth. I do not believe though the lack of an IPO in the last year is not a good sign. The cannabis sector went through a bear market of circa 80-90% which only bottomed out about 9 months ago. With the likely reclassification of cannabis in the US to play out at some point this year, I do not believe any IPO would have been considered at all before then. Likewise, I doubt whether HGV management would want to try and sell any of their stake before then.
