Good thing is that rent is paid so HCW can continue to repay their debt... !well the suspense still exists as to what if there is no deal for healthscope!!!
the article suggests that rent will be paid only if healthscope agree to negotiate so does this mean HCW gave up and started rent discount discussion ?did you get the dividend ? If not then no one played well so far.. both negotiating and if AFR article has any substance then this news mean HCW ready to give discount on rent.. !
