    Unfortunately we dont and I am sure will never know the details of the JV, I would think it is commercially confidential.
    50/50 sharing of profit seems clear to me.
    However the costs per house , assume probably scaled per brick for WaaS , I would imagine is the key point .

    What do you think input costs for each party would cover before clearing and sharing what is left as profit?

    That I think would be a complicated to assess and agree on , a difficult negotiation.
    You would have to follow the WaaS start to finish process , all involved and maybe an allowance for capital input on top of that?
    Point is , IMO ,I or nobody else knows enough to judge the deal , main thing is both parties seem ok with it and it took 90 days not 45 days to sort out an agreement .
