For a change in scene- went to the AGM recently. Was well attended with about 20 ppl present.
MB and Board in good form- and they patiently went through attendee questions and stayed back after. Their priority commitment to this Co was evident.
MB mentioned that they could only access about 10% of the prospective ground they were really interested in at Fosterville. Access on farming land was particularly challenging so in the end- the AEM offer was well received and they’re (nearly) very well capitalised to focus on their priorities at Warraweena and Jillewarra.
Negotiations with AEM were good and S2 are pleased to have the world’s 2nd largest gold miner on board- for their first significant holder stake in another Co in Australia.
Drilling in NSW finished up just before the AGM- per their advised timeline.
S2R, Valkea and AEM are the three applicants for ELA8292 so they effectively get 2 opportunities there.
