I cant see this being a cap raise for many reasons. Primarily, its not necessary. At the end of Dec, there was 4.4 million pounds in the bank which was up 822,000 pounds during the quarter. The restructuring costs are behind us. Moreover, an increasing share price indicates a positive announcement. It's not like someone manipulating the share price for a week could lead to a higher raise price (the people participating in the raise aren't brain dead and would discount this movement).

So what could it be? I'm going to speculate and say they are buying back a couple million pounds in capital notes. The other possibility is something like a new distribution agreement which could lead to better sales.
