    LT, correct me if I'm wrong, but the latter reasoning seems a bit flawed (or you have a lower threshold for being convinced than I do) because a compound can have more than one MoA (as in fact we know ours does, don't we?)

    As to the former: show me the ctDNA!

    We're all anticipating it from Harness, but as you and others have mentioned, we can get clinical validation from the historical samples.
