    Sent the following email to Orion - let's see if we get a reply - they need to say something re Glencore in my view as the end-March date is well overdue now!

    Hi PR team

    Can you advise when the delayed Glencore deal will finally be signed and implemented? Clearly this was delayed by the recent conversion of IDC loans to equity - congratulations by the way - but does this now clear the way for the Glencore deal to be completed and if so, when? Given the last advice from Tony was an end March date, anything more than a further few days would seem to necessitate an ASX announcement?
