Developers have a rather tricky ride as they progress to production.
They have already got reserves, MRE and a plan... and in many cases, the market has basically factored it in. Where it gets challenging, is when the company then has continued, repeated success with the drill bit, largely related to simply extending known mineralisation, let alone new disoveries.
LRV has been very consistent to date and that is for me, why this company continues to cement itself within my portfolio.
The Geo team are kicking goals... but it can feel like a marathon before an actual finish line is near.
These drill results are excellent, because... unlike a undeveloped deposit, they are 70m away from developed workings.
What is just as exciting for me, is that a lot of the drilling is still not optimal. This is changing. The more rehab is done, the more effective and cost efficient the drilling U/G will be. This multiplier takes time to kick in, but... it will.
