MBK , probably the biggest no brainer in the minnow resource space . Ines Scotland the Chairperson was recently MD of Ivanhoe resources with a MC of 500 mill .Prior to this she was MD of Citadel Resources through its growth and acquisition by Equinox in 2011 . At the time of its acquisition Citadel had a MC of 1.3 bill and had raised more than 380 mill on the equity markets.

Tony Schreck the executive director has managed exploration projects for major companies including North Flinders Mines ,Normandy ,Newmont ,Anglo gold Ashanti and Xstrata . He is credited with the grassroots discovery of the multi million Twin Bonanza gold system in the NT.

The top 20 shareholders control 84% of the stock . There has been a small buying opportunity due to the recent SPP at .004 which went mostly to insiders . Drilling is imminent at a number of high grade gold targets in North Queensland. The Triumph project has thrown up High grade gold skirting the central magnetic low previously.

I'll leave it up to others to decide what these guys are doing involved in a 3 or 4 mill MC tiddler which they control ,but indications from management are that there is going to be a growth phase through acquisition.
