Its good that they can take 4m+ shares off sellers hands. I feel like there are a lot of old vendors with holdings that they would like to potentially sell down. Especially the 'mum and dad' vendors that built up their retirement savings in the business and accepted RPM script as part of the deal to sell. These vendors will want cash in the bank and possibly not understand owning shares that are trading at huge discounts. Imagine selling your business and taking shares then see it drop down to 7 cent... you could possibly think you are about to lose it all and panic sell..?
