Just for the record:
2017 AGM 24.76% of shares were voted against the remuneration report.
2018 AGM 35.24% of shares were voted against remuneration report.
The entire TPE Board has come within 0.24% of shares or 73,450 shares voted in the 2017 AGM to having to resign.
IMHO it will take more than an informative AGM presentation to rebuild shareholder trust.
I expect to see further significant Board renewal going forward.
The good news is that it has almost been three months without TPE issuing a belated Director's change in shareholding notice.
