And really good analysis - thanks for your post. Agree totally that the brilliance of these deals is in the details. I think one other poster asked how much CYL are paying for the option on the Maldon plant (insinuating that there was hidden costs associated with it which werent shown). Well... it's $1 (actually one dollar), so effectively a free option. If the Sandfire deal is the start of a hub and spoke strategy to fill up the mines then we're in for an even better ride over the next 3-5 years then we were already on.
I know we've currently got plenty of spare capacity on our 1.8MT mill so there is no rush, but do you have any idea the lead time to get the 2nd mill up and running? I remember hearing cost of about $25m which PB mentioned as well, but I'm not sure how long it would take.
