If anyone with a commonsense approach ( a professional investor) read the re-domicile announcement surely they would be asking themselves, Why? Why would you announce to the market in a price sensitive fashion that you are "considering" moving to a US exchange without providing any detail?
It beggars belief that a board with this supposed level of intelligence and common sense would inflict such an announcement on its shareholders.
I mean, what would have been going through the minds of ALL directors when they signed off as a board to release this announcement.
Is it a bad joke? Did one of them dare the others to go through with it?
