The fact that an IPO did not occur may well ring some alarm bells. However, after 2020 the cannabis stock boom came crashing down so the chances then probably vanished with that. The revenue growth for Weedme seemed to explode just after 2020 so not great timing in that regard. Prior to 2020 Weedme was still quite new with low sales.

I couldn't say whether I would put money into a CR as I would only know the details at that time if it was to occur. In terms of "likely running out of money in a few years", I would have thought having over $2.7 million in cash, and also a portfolio of listed small caps of $2.5 million, should assist in the chances of that not occurring.
