ASX are the ones to contact about any issue you have with Ookami (considering the company won't contact us). They have an area on the ASX website where you can lodge a query/complaint. It takes them 15 business days to get back to you. That's a long time for a query and makes you understand that the ASX are on there own time and it is snail pace.
You can call them and Penelope Reid, Compliance Officer would be the one to talk to. She is in the Perth Office. The details are on the contacts page on the ASX and i do know that some other posters(different companies) have had better outcome that way.
I do know that on another companies thread they did exactly that and received some good info off the ASX (what the ASX were requiring and what the hold ups were). In that case the company had stopped communicating with the SH as well. Good luck
