Just recently heard about the company through livewire and did a quick browse of their some investment research against the recent half-year accounts and prior year full year accounts.
How did they manage to pay a $750,000 dividend when they made a loss? Why did they also pay $250k dividend to founding shareholders?
Is the related transactions with KMP not a red flag? Company is leasing property from the CEO, the CEO provided a $500k loan to the company on 6.X% and the complexity of the holding Paygroup company acquiring the subsidiary of Payasia that the CEO and his wife are shareholders in..?
