I am a shareholder from Germany, so a foreign holder, but my shares are held there and kept in Australia by a local broker, so the shares are registered and I can thus participate in the capital increase. I have received from my custodian all written documents for the capital increase, so it should work, I will report ......
Can something like that happen here? For me, this poses a great risk, because if you can not participate in the capital increase, you have a significant loss, as long as new shares are offered for cash to all shareholders for a small price to fill the cash and pay for the purchases of area licenses ,
