I've always wondered if there's a cultural worker issue at Henty. For as long as Henty has been open with cyl its been spraying money at workers and equipment. Never sparing an expence. The job opportunities look great. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised at some point to see it be profitable. I'd say if we see a strike over this 30% pay increase then we know for sure they're having a laugh. I'd really like to see a worker study conducted. I have seen large businesses affected like this before. It's not easy to confront.
