AGM Notes 26 November 2024

Here's some notes from today's KCN AGM:
1) Carbonaceous ore, despite normally lower recovery rates, have been able to achieve high recovery rates (as high as "normal" ore).
2) On 18 November 2024, had the largest blast with 1,220 blast holes
3) Chatree SE could start be mined in about 2 - 3 years
4) This week, ore grade has been 0.8 to 0.9 g/t and some even higher grade
5) There is 9 years production without Chatree SE
6) Cube Consulting Resource Estimate for the Chatree A pit area and surrounds is currently being developed and will be published this calendar year
7) Expecting dividends in 1 - 2 years time
8) Need to get A pit into working order
9) Nueva Esperanza is the 7th or 8th largest undeveloped silver deposit in the world
10) Working on royalties, can't say more at this stage, but as as we can, we will
11) Plant #1 is processing ore at about 2.7 Mtpa (=nameplate) - sometimes above, sometimes below
12) Thai IPO - preliminary discussions. Lots of work to be done on a prospectus in the past. Focus now on getting production up. We'll look into it in the next year.
13) Zurich payback is US$55m. Not a contingent liability - nothing to be done at the moment.
14) Nueva Esperanza cost $2m per year in pre-royalties

I think we need to be patient and things will get much better before the next AGM.
