    Hmmm... have sat quietly since analysis and chart revealed what was a disappointing but nevertheless bona fide positive reversal for NCP back on 25/06/02 ...

    Support accumulated and saw a positive rally from $9.55 before stalling at $11.00 due to US financial scandals ...

    Stops were triggered and modest green for the effort ...

    Since that call, the overwhelming diatribe by Bears noisily proclaiming all manner of victories, desperate for their 15 minutes of fame ... not the least of which was the implication of huge SHORT profits over the last 4 weeks ...

    A strange silence over recent times as chart explains ... Bears must be able to breath underwater ...
