    AdultShop update:

ASC is maintaining its leader status in online advertising. They retain the top spots for key search words among the major search engines and the cost per click is actually coming down. Not sure to the reason but probably because other companies can't make money from online porn (or can't justify the cost per click). I've also noticed an increase in the emails the company is sending from its online entertainment sites. The set out is becoming more professional and the billing/conditions are set out much clearer. Anyhow, this quarter is over now and ASC has held onto its top spots in the search engines... this should have provided solid new business sales and the new content incorporated late in the quarter should help customer retention in the coming quarter... gee even I can't manage to cancel my subscription, I'm hooked!!

Anyhow with the qtrly report due out in 3 weeks, the likelihood of a dividend and possible corporate activity its definitely looking good.

    Cheers,
    Munch.
