I can understand that shareholders are seeking additional options to find away to seek compensation & also justice.
This is just an idea; but I would have thought that 60 minutes might be interested in writing a story about ASX company class actions This is very rough & only mentions a few, but the story could include:
Recent ASX listed companies class actions (Including Juniors) + The recent rise in class actions
The lack of avenues that exist/ or what do exist at a further cost to shareholders
Lack of ASIC Regulation & Lack of Investigations
How these companies/ Board members get away with it/ loop holes, listing rules
Interviews with regular people that lost their life-savings
There are some very well known asx companies including blue -chips going through the class action process so I would think that there would be a substantial audience for this topic.
