  1. 5 year forecast for Envirostar Energy - EEL

Based on Envirostar completing 5 fully operational "Green Waste to Energy" Power Plants by 2005. Including the 5 MW plant at Stapylton (QLD) 2002, the 20 MW plant at Stapylton (QLD) 2002 -2003, the 20 MW plant in Morwell (Vic) 2002-2003 and 3 additional planedd 20 MW facilities in Tasmania and NSW through 2004-2005.

Envirostar Energy has signed "Power Purchase Agreements" with Energy Australia, a semi government owned body.
Revenue producing is expected to commence in the coming weeks with the commisioning of the 5 MW plant at Stapylton (QLD) commencing at the end of the 3rd quarter.

Whilst the 5 MW plant is only expected to produce a gross annual revenue of $1,500,000.00 the additional 20 MW plant at the same site will generate an additional $12,500,000.00 p.a.

This will of course, give Envirostar Energy's Stapylton plant gross revenue figures of approximately $14,000,000.00 p.a.

The Additional 20 MW plant in Morwell Victoria shall also contribute by producing another $12,500,000.00 in revenue p.a. commencing 2003.

By the start of 2005 a total of 85 MW plants shall be generating some $54,000,000.00 p.a plus with a net profit of approximately $33,500,000.00 p.a (before interest, depreciation and tax).

And by 2006 we should be looking at a group capacity of 105 MW producing gross revenues close to $70,000,000.00

This information is based on my research of EEL ASX announcements, a report by Assirt Equities and various other information I have colated.
