Interesting. We get roughly 6.5 million added onto our market cap for less than 1 million of badly needed cash. The options don't expire for a while, so why now? Is it to offset the pretend director buying? And what will this cash be used for, I wonder? Phase III trials, did I hear you say?
The directors bought in at $1.20? Um, no. The corrected number is 30 cents.
Look for the announcement around the middle of next month. I will be very surprised if these prices hold up.
