Nearmap is a great business, which I also hold, but Pointerra has a key advantage which @Painkiller highlights, the ability to scale at pace.
NEA will also be constrained in their expansion ability by the need to run a significant capture program.
Conversely, Pointerra won't ever own the data / point clouds, but they will be taking a cut of anything sold from their marketplace, so best of both worlds really, no capture costs, but some revenue as the data is consumed through their platform!!
