    Perpetual make me laugh. they've obviously totally missed the Apt boat and are hoping the price collapses so they can then claim it's finally at a fair valuation and enter.

    Differences to tech bubble stocks:
    - Apt makes money already and is underlying cash flow positive.
    - the only reason it isn't in profit on an EPS basis is because it's reinvesting to crank up +100% growth each year.
    - it is still in the land grab phase and not at all of a size where growth is slowing due to competition.
    - they can't possibly suggest Appen and apt and others are more of a bubble then super loss making Uber and friends.
    ,- the Aussie waaax are almost all on a very predictable growth and profit path and dominate their areas.
    - PE is not relevant to companies deliberately expanding costs to grow even faster. this can go on and on like Amazon until they are really huge.

    Perpetual have invested in some serious crap. have a browse if their sub notices. not impressed.
