CONGRATULATIONS ASX !

Dear ASX (Draft intro)

Today is a dark day, andin my opinion carries with it

Grave consequences foryour suitability to continue to operate the Australian Securities Exchange……………..but on a POSITIVE NOTE,

It’s a great day ofcelebration for me & many other small investors……. (To be continued)

I cannot elaborate much more on HC cos I am subject to my ownNDA ……. But don’t you worry, I have lots to disclose when the time isright !

What I can say is this,

My evidence collection stage is complete and thank GOODNESSfor that ( has taken dedication or maybe was obsessive compulsive disorderkicking in) ………. I have more than I need, and just to be sure - I recorded alittle extra.

The final nails to the coffin I have bin preparing, werehammered in yesterday & the previous day.

I don’t think it can get any more disgusting & or anymore outrageous than what we are seeing at present.

In myopinion the ASX is not only worthless as guardian of fair market operation, BUTthe disgraceful inactions also signal complicity, and shows complete disregard for the execution of duty as outlined by existing legislation specifically in place toprotect smaller investors.

It’s time for a Christmas rest now,

to catalogue & line up all the evidence I have compiled overa very long period of time in a simple to understand & not too complicatedpresentation for any judiciary to better comprehend the scale of injustice I claimto have witnessed and experienced.

Some of the evidence is live evidence – not recorded data butwhat is called in punting terms – FLUCTUATIONS.

These Flucs are impressive to watch & even tho are difficultto screen shoot, they can paint an important picture which standard data cannotshow ……… it maps the intent, and not so much the reality of trades executed.

A lot of funny business goes on in this department between 4pm& 4.10pm and is where I am very focused with my evidence, most importanttime of the trading day.

Please correct me if I am wrong –

I was always led to believe that the closing 10 minute windowwas to finalise unfinished business of the day …… that was the line I believe Iwas fed …….. but that is not what seems to take place.

I call it musical chairs time and is on like Donkey Kong inthe final 2 minutes to the closing seconds – seems whoever gets the last saywins.

Is that what they call “wrapping up the days unfinished business”?

I will be advertising early next year to employ the servicesof an expert, specialising in “Market Manipulation” to test my evidence and toassist me to prepare a very simple plan of action if my evidence is worthy.

PS – THEORY that the boss is not allowed to buy or sell sharescos he is privy to good news/bad news ……. Is great news to me and should also be tothe market if this is true.

He said “watch us now” ……… that’s a good signal to me &should be worth at least a 25% share rise if is confirmed
