They are happy to keep company around 400 million aud and that is why every time it tries to move out of that bracket they come out with some bad news to roast the holders.Also a continuous on market sell off is not helping the sp either. It shows management is out of touch about requirements and timelines. A 200 million raised 3 years ago even if the sp goes down abruptly would had been much better for sp than a continuous on market raise.Even after a 37 million raise we are out of 20 million target set by LDA before june 26. Which means a further raise is still not out of question.How to defend an sp in such a scanario??End of the day price is not the value but demand and supply equation of a stock. Right now supply is more than demand and every short gets time to cover their position.If company can show a road map to profitability that will mean a stop to supply and increase in demand. That short squeeze may be the a good time to evaluate a price.But then again this management keep on moving their target posts and is becoming more frustrating for the holders. With moving goal posts only question comes to mind is quality of present management and that is where a lot of holders are not agreeing with any dot joining.Management had a window of opportunity last year when they told the market that they want to migrate to US Again the same comes as a dummy decision as they had not done any home work before a market announcement. The best way would had been to raise 100-200 million USD from a US investor and say good bye to asx. But they cannot find a way out either. It only shows who is at the top right now and that is why most of the holders are not very satisfied with current management.
